Patrick M. Deptula, MS, LNHA, FACHCA
Pat has immersed himself in senior health services since he graduated with a master’s degree from Syracuse University. He has over 40 years of experience in leadership, administration and management of health care facilities, primarily outpatient, nursing homes, assisted living and home care. Pat’s philosophy is simple and has proven successful over the years: “We care for our residents as individuals, one resident at a time – with dignity, respect, and unconditional love. We embrace their uniqueness and care for each holistically – physically, emotionally, and spiritually.”
Nathan, originally from Central Pennsylvania, has been with The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rome since the end of 2017. He graduated from Susquehanna University in 2006 with a degree in Accounting. Since then, he has gained over a decade of accounting experience in both the public and private sector. In addition to his work at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing, Nathan is currently working on obtaining his administrator’s license and he enjoys working both with the elderly population and the diverse departments within the facility. Nathan hopes that his financial background coupled with his management style and leadership qualities will have a positive, and lasting, impact on all employees, residents, and their families.
